By creating an account or using Get Your Job ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Get Your Job is a productivity tool that automates the submission of job applications on third-party platforms including Seek.com.au and LinkedIn, using your own account credentials and information you provide.

Get Your Job is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Seek, LinkedIn, or any other job platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Get Your Job.

4. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all job applications submitted through your account
• All information you provide (CV, cover letter, profile) is accurate, truthful, and belongs to you
• You will not use the Service to submit false information, impersonate others, or mislead employers
• You authorize Get Your Job to act as your agent to fill and submit application forms on your behalf
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use through this Service
• You will not share your account with others

5. Platform Risk & Liability

You explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

• Using automated tools may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Your account on those platforms may be suspended, restricted, or permanently banned as a result
• Get Your Job accepts no liability for any such consequences, including account bans, missed job opportunities, or any direct or indirect losses
• By using this Service you accept these risks entirely and voluntarily

Get Your Job operates as a browser automation assistant. The Service does not bypass security systems and does not store third-party platform passwords.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Plans:

• Free: 50 total applications (no time limit)
• Blitz: $7 AUD/week — 100 applications/week
• Pro: $19 AUD/month — 200 applications/week
• Unlimited: $39 AUD/month — 50 applications/day

Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically. Payments processed by Stripe (stripe.com/au/legal).

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues until end of paid period.

Refunds: No refunds for partial periods or unused applications. Technical issues must be reported within 7 days.

Price changes: 7 days notice provided before any price change.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, spam employers, or attempt to reverse engineer the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and code of the Get Your Job platform is owned by Get Your Job. Your data (CV, profile, applications) remains yours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific job outcomes, or that applications will be accepted by employers or platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Get Your Job's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Payment information:

We do not store credit card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Automate job application submissions on your behalf
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription updates)
• Send optional daily recap emails (you can opt out at any time)
• Improve the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (DigitalOcean). We use industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted passwords (bcrypt)
• Access controls limiting who can view your data

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

We do not share your personal data with job platforms (Seek, LinkedIn) beyond what is necessary to submit applications on your behalf using your own account credentials.

6. Your Rights (Australian Privacy Act 1988)
